Holy Shmoly we have lift off!
Let me sum up…
June whizzed past without any updates from us, but it was full of adventures, from recording at SAE for their Advanced Diploma of Sound students to shows with our good mates Traingle Fight, Discordians and Hundred Acre Wood and then making new friends at The Paddo with Meredith and Mike de Velta (that guy!) June was fun as all get-out.
July’s highlight gig-wise was definitely playing the #Scottofest lineup, with new-favourite-bands High Horse, Surf Rabbits, Junkadelic and The Disappointed and of course our Heartbreak Ball lovers, The Caballeros.
Scottofest was to raise funds for soundproofing The Flying Scotsman, in order that it may continue to support all the music culture it has worked so hard to build a home for. Big shout out to our pals Laith Teirney, Kel Kel Penny and sound man extraordinaire Dan Kerr for making the 3 room musicplosion run like it happened every weekend. (IF ONLY!)
And then, there’s THIS…

Yes we FINALLY have an EP out!
All crafted at Flyball Studios by our bass-guy Alex Anastas, it’s presented bearing the original artwork of Kim Westlake who we commissioned for this, our very first release.
We are planning TWO parties to celebrate you all for helping us reach this little milestone. We are in talks with bands and venues this week so will let you know very soon where da party be at!
The EP will be accompanied by a new shirt design, extracted from Kim’s fab artwork, and both will be available on our big cartel site.
